Wallpaper numero three in my Ghost in the Shell series, and personally, the character I dislike the most. >.< *doesn't see how some girls can like Togusa* He just seems so bland to me. No offense or anything, just my humble opinion. 
But alas... the chosen color scheme to Togusa came out to be a light orange/tan, which ever you want to call it. And maybe that's why I dislike him so much... the light color fits him so well, and bright colors, warm ones none the less, are what I tend to stay away from the most. *nods*
